Application Requirements
- Complete Online Application.
- Assessment measures and professional summary (such as WISC-IV, GORT-4, GORT-5, Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Achievement III-NU Math fluency & calculation subtests, IVA-Plus).
- Recent report cards or written evaluations.
- If needed, we can provide a referral for specific assessments.
Review Process
The admissions committee will review your child's application. Prospective students will be invited to complete a minimum two-day shadow visit in person.
Admission Decision
After completing a shadow visit, you may receive an enrollment agreement offer.
