Online Application -

Before proceeding with the online application, please ensure you have completed the following:

Contact us by by email at info@AthenaAcademy.org or by phone (650-543-4560) to start the application process
Download and complete the Application for Admission. You may type your answers directly into the form.
Gather any additional documents: Report Cards, Progress Reports, Evaluations, and a photo of your student.
Scan the additional documents to your computer so they can be submitted online.

If you are unable to scan/upload any paperwork to your computer, you may still proceed with the application as long as the "Application for Admission" form above is completed and attached. The additional documents may be requested at a later time if necessary.
